The scope of this contract is to provide support services to the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC). Broadleaf contractor services include related activities in support of all full lifecycle management, software maintenance, software engineering, software sustainment, software replication and distribution, software control, Information Technology (IT) technical support services, Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS), Post Production Software Support (PPSS), Cybersecurity, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Support, training, and acquisition services. These services are to advance SEC’s mission of ensuring operational readiness by developing, providing, integrating and maintaining Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Logistics and Business Software.  The Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) provided to CECOM SEC by Broadleaf in support of its worldwide customers and in direct support of the United States Military and its Military Weapons Systems, including: Program Executive Officers (PEOs), their Project Managers (PMs), and their Project Directors (PDs); Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) and its components; and, other Department of Defense (DoD) elements.
