The Army has developed the Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM) to balance readiness and modernization requirements while transitioning to MDO. ReARMM will require logistics plans address how to build readiness and modernize the force to support the full spectrum of military operations in a resource-constrained environment. In addition, the Secretary of the Army has designated the Army Materiel Command (AMC) as the Lead Material Integrator (LMI) for the Army, which will in turn transform equipping processes and systems throughout the Army, including the ARNG. ReARMM will bring major changes to Army National Guard logistics requiring balanced readiness and modernization efforts and performance. The tasks assigned in this document require the Contractor to provide applicable support for Army National Guard logistics programs for which the ARNG G4 is responsible.  The Contractor shall provide analysis to ARNG-LGZ leadership of the ARNG G4 community needs, to shape HQDA ACP, and ReARMM policy and processes with emphasis to successfully implementing ReARMM within the ARNG.
